KARACHI: Sindh Rangers and police, in joint operation against miscreants, detained more than 50 suspects and seized weapons during raids in different areas of the metropolis.
On a tip-off, the paramilitary force and police carried out door-to-door search operation and arrested more than 10 suspects. The LEAs personnel also recovered weapons during the action.
Separately, action was launched against drug peddlers and miscreants of proscribed outfits in Hazara Goth near Natha Khan. Motorcycle squad of Rangers also took part in the action during which entrance and exit routes were sealed off.
More than 40 suspects were detained during door-to-door search of more than 100 houses.
