Flood caution: Punjab CM Buzdar summons emergency meeting

Punjab Cheif Minister (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar has on Monday summoned an emergency meeting after India released as a minimum lakh cusecs water from its barrages and dams into the River Sutlej without previous information.

The session will make an in-depth evaluation of the situation and deliberate on precautionary measures which can be wished be taken after the flooding alert by the national catastrophe control Authority (NDMA).
