Executive to spend Rs581.8 million on six petroleum projects


The authorities will spend Rs581.812 million on 4 ongoing and two new petroleum zone projects underneath the public region improvement Programme (PSDP 2019-20) to obtain self-sufficiency in the power area.

consistent with the authentic records, an amount of Rs433.852 million has been earmarked within the Public zone development Programme (PSDP 2019-20) for 4 ongoing schemes, out of which Rs416.535 million could be spent to accumulate 4 drilling rigs with accessories for the Geological Survey of Pakistan, Rs3.655 million for appraisal of newly discovered coal assets of Badin Coal discipline and its adjacent areas of Southern Sindh, Rs10.553 million to discover and evaluate coal in Nosham and Bahlol areas of Balochistan, and Rs three.109 million for exploration and evaluation of metal minerals in Uthal and Bela regions of district Lasbela.
