Tokyo stocks down 1.78 % by break

OKYO (AFP) – Tokyo stocks plunged 1.78 percent by the break, with investors running to the sidelines on fears of a Greek default, which has also pushed up the yen. The Nikkei 225 index at the Tokyo Stock Exchange fell 368.81 points to 20,337.34, while the Topix index of all first-section issues was down 1.70 percent, or 28.41 points, at 1,638.62. KARACHI ) – As many as 150 bodies have been shifted to Edhi’s morgue centre in the past 24 hours in Karachi, . According to the senior officer Ahmad Edhi, the administration has decided to bury at least 30 abandoned corpses at Edhi graveyard due to lack of space. Intense hot weather, old aging and different diseases have been reported as a cause of their deaths, Edhi foundation confirmed.

Security forces kill 5 terrorists in Orakzai Agency


  HANGU  – According to security forces sources, five terrorists were killed in gunship helicopters shelling in different areas of Central Orakzai Agency on Tuesday morning. The gunship helicopters carried out raids in Shakar Tangi and Safeel Dara areas of Orakzai agency and killed five militantsbelonging to a banned organization. Security sources said that two hideouts if the militants were also destroyed during theraids.

13 miscreants involved in Turbat massacre killed in FC search operation


  TURBAT– At least 13 suspected terrorists including Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) Commander Hayat was killed whereas Commander Zarif was arrested during the search operation of Frontier Corps (FC) and intelligence agencies in Gaban area of Turbat today (Monday). According to sources, the killed miscreants were involved in the murder of 20 labourers in Turbat. The search operation was headed by Commander Makran Scouts and involved hundreds of FC officials. FC officials faced armed resistance and retaliated strongly killing 13 suspects. Security forces cordoned off the area whereas search operation is still underway.
